The LPS Series are lightweight personal shields that offer NIJ Level III protection – a ballistic panel that can stop up to a 7.62x51mm round, which includes AR-15 and AK-47. The shields are 9 ½ x 12 inches in size, with shield covers that are 11 x 13, which comfortably fits in most bags or backpacks. The LPS-2 offers a storage pocket that can store devices up to 13 inches long, and is secured shut with velcro.The material is water resistant and lightweight – weighing only 3 pounds. The LPS is great for protection on the go – think school classrooms, college campuses, or the workplace.
The durable polyester cover is available in five colors, including maroon, hunter green, royal blue, navy blue, and black. The carrying straps are black.
