Chris Middleton is the owner of Office Pride of Noblesville-Fishers, Ind., Office Pride of Muncie-Old West End, Ind., and Office Pride of Kokomo-Tiption, Ind., independently owned and operated commercial cleaning franchises. He graduated from Trine University is 1992 and started work in foundries. Eventually finding his way to an automotive foundry were he settled in for 13 years. After working his way to middle management he became frustrated with the “norm” of corporate life and wanted something more. He found a love for reading and started learning lessons on Leadership, finance and relationships by reading books written by giants in Corporate and business life. After several years he felt skilled enough to embark on his own, leading to the start of his Office Pride franchise. After 15 years in the Commercial cleaning space and having found great success there, Chris branched into other ventures. This time partnering with other Office Pride owners to open Scooter’s Coffee drive thru Kiosks in Pensacola, FL. He spends his free time boating on the lake, going to summer concerts and spending time with his wife of 32 years and their four adult sons.

Tony Javorka is a Director of Blue & Co.'s Hospital and Physician Services Group. He has more than 25 years of experience consulting and working in the healthcare arena. For fifteen of those years, he served as President, Chief Operations Officer, or Chief Financial Officer for hospitals and/or physician practices. He primarily works with executive leaders to engage their focus on the physician enterprise to maximize financial and operational performance within the hospital setting. He has consulted on all aspects of healthcare management including strategy execution between the hospital and physician enterprise, development and evaluation of hospital service lines performance, development of a physician enterprise risk portfolio and physician compensation strategy, design, and compliance.

Todd has an extensive background in construction machinery and a gifted entrepreneurial mind. Inspired by his stepdaughter’s service, he has a passion for the U.S. military and law enforcement.  He saw the need for faster, more maneuverable ballistic protection, and had an “epiphany” that became the LD-1 – tactical vehicles that would allow the operator to maintain speed and armored protection, yet would be deployable in tight spaces, where traditional armored vehicles are limited.   Todd founded TC Burton Enterprises in 2010 with his wife, Cathy, and is the original patent holder.

Cathy has over 34 years of experience as a paralegal and trial assistant, 26 of those as the Senior Paralegal for the Indianapolis Division of the FBI, where she specialized in litigation management, legal research/writing, public speaking, and project management.   Since retiring from the FBI, Cathy serves as co-owner, board member, and Chief Administrative Officer for TC Burton Enterprises.   She is responsible for all administrative functions such as human resources, finance, and facilities.  Her passion is company culture - understanding that our Guiding Principles are more than words on the wall, they are values that are embedded in every aspect of TCB operations.

Glenn is a seasoned Manufacturing Operations Management professional with 28 years of experience in both domestic and international business environments. He has served in leadership roles within operations, engineering, reliability, and capital planning management. He has extensive global, hands-on, experience with facility start-up, expansion, product launch, and manufacturing optimization. At TC Burton, Glenn has responsibility for the entire operation including the Administration, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business Development groups. The range of responsibilities include development and implementation of the role-based organization, budget formation, product innovation, manufacturing, business system infrastructure, and operations planning. Before joining TC Burton full time, he had served as a contracted Business Strategist, Manufacturing Design & Engineering consultant, and more. Glenn has been a part of bringing TC Burton Enterprises and its products to life since the beginning.

Travis Gould is currently the Senior Vice President of Global Operations for Consumer Outdoor Products and Floor Care responsible for manufacturing operations in Vietnam and Greenville, SC for Techtronic Industries (TTI). Prior to his current role at TTI, he was Vice President of Outdoor Power overseeing manufacturing operations in Greenville, SC. Travis has thirty years of combined industry experience in the automotive and outdoor power equipment sectors in both operations and quality. His focus with his teams has been driving culture change and operational excellence to positively impact safety, quality, and productivity. Travis is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Technology.

Kimberly is owner of Creative Works, Inc., a business in the live based entertainment industry that started in 1997. Kimberly and her late husband, Jeff, worked together building the company for 18 years before he passed away in 2020. She is now working with her team to continue his legacy in the Family Entertainment industry in building attractions for customers across the globe. While her college degree is in education, Kimberly brings a unique perspective in understanding the complexities of growing a small business that is niche and somewhat new to a marketplace. Throughout her tenure at Creative Works, she has been involved in multiple aspects of the company including sales, operations, procurement, marketing, admin work, booking travel and trade show and event planning. She is currently working to run the HR department w/in her company as well as be a part of the overall vision and leadership. Kimberly's true passion is building relationships with employees, customers and industry partners and to find meaningful ways to give back to others with her time, talents and resources.

Jim is a partner in Ice Miller’s Litigation Practice Group. Jim has spent more than 20 years working in federal law enforcement in cyber security and data privacy. His experience in information security, data protection, privacy, crisis management, ethics, compliance, cryptocurrency, internal investigations and emerging technologies allows him to ready companies for cyber events through cyber risk assessment, incident response preparedness, and data breach response, to assess the privacy issues with emerging technologies, and to utilize his investigative skills in sensitive matters. Jim is an FBI Certified Cyber Instructor and holds Global Information and Assurance Certifications (GIAC) in the Law of Data Security & Investigation (GLEG) and a GIAC Security Essentials (GSEC). His work has been recognized by the FBI with its Medal of Excellence and by the Federal Law Enforcement Officers Association with the National Award for Investigative Excellence. He was also recognized by the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children with a Law Enforcement Officer of the Year Award.

Prior to her appointment to the Indiana Utility Regulatory Commission (2010-2016), Mays was a member of the Indiana House of Representatives from 2002 to 2008. She also worked as the publisher and president of the Indianapolis Recorder Newspaper and the Indiana Minority Business Magazine. As the President of Carolene Mays Inspiring Leadership, LLC and Black Leadership + Legacies, Inc., she is renowned for her community involvement and diverse skill set.
