About your instructor
Kurt Delia, President of Delia Tactical International, LLC
Mr. Delia is a 25-year law enfocement officer and former SWAT team leader. He was assigned to a Special Weapons and Tactics Team for 18 years, with 20 years of street patrol experience, as well as previous covert investigative duties and international security assignments. Mr. Delia instructs SWAT tactics, police close countermeasures, lethal force combatives, weapons, tactical breaching, and armored vehicle operations. As a Department of Defense contractor, Mr. Delia offered armored mobility operations and convoy survivability training for hundreds of US troops before deployment to Afghanistan and Iraq. He is an instructor, advisor, and guest speaker for various units and organizations worldwide including the United States Army Special Forces, SWAT Units, Private Security Companies, and Police Departments.
